Preorder policy’s

*****payment for all preorders must be made in full upon placing your preorder with us.**** we do not accept payment on pickup for preorders. ALL preorders are paid for BEFORE orders are placed. 

(due to high number of no shows, sorry for any inconvenience) 

Same week arrival- preorder deadline is every Monday @3pm 

any preorders  placed after Monday @3pm will be added to the following weeks order. 

preordered items arrive every Friday. Pickup for preorders by appointment only are available fridays after 11am. Please await your order confirmation email containing pickup date and time appointment options available. 
do not proceed to the pickup facility without an appointment
